Marsh, Guy Carpenter and JLT combine LatAm Fac Re operations

MMC-owned Marsh and Guy Carpenter are to combine their Latin American facultative reinsurance operations with newly acquired JLT to create a combined business called Carpenter Marsh Fac Re.
