PG&E edges towards $13.5bn deal with wildfire victims: reports

California utility firm Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) is reportedly close to finalising terms for a $13.5bn payout to victims of wildfires ignited by its power lines, just weeks after the utility agreed a deal to settle all insurance subrogation claims arising from the 2017 Northern California wildfires and 2018 Camp Fire.
