TWIA budgets 15% RoL increase for 2020 cat cover
The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association is expecting to pay more premium for less cover when it places its cat reinsurance programme for the 2020 hurricane season in a sign that the rate increases seen at this year’s US wind renewal are set to continue next year.
