Capital Returns names directors it opposes while Argo hits back at nominations

In proxy filings ahead of Argo’s AGM, Capital Returns has called for Al-Noor Ramji and Bernard Bailey to be replaced as directors while the Bermudian company stated that installing the activist investor’s nominations would result in “a loss of superior talent and experience” and a “degradation in the quality of board dialogue”.
