Munich Re posts P&C CR of 89.7% in Q2 as adds just €90mn to Ukraine loss bill

Munich Re delivered a P&C reinsurance combined ratio of 89.7 percent in the second quarter, shaving 0.4 percentage points off the result in the prior-year quarter, with the result marking a significant beat against analyst consensus of 93.8 percent.
