Obsidian hires Clear Blue’s Palladino as chief development officer

Fronting specialist Obsidian Insurance Holdings has hired Scott Palladino from rival Clear Blue as its new chief development officer, in a move that accelerates the build-out of its management team following its 2020 launch.
