AA in talks with TowerBrook and Warburg Pincus consortium over all-cash offer

British personal lines provider and roadside recovery group AA plc said it was in talks with a consortium consisting of private equity firms TowerBrook Capital Partners and Warburg Pincus about a possible all-cash offer.
