Goldman Sachs acquires Clear Group as ECI Partners exits

Goldman Sachs Asset Management has been unveiled as the new backer for acquisitive UK broker Clear Group after agreeing to purchase ECI Partners’ stake in the business following a Macquarie Capital-led process.
