R&Q undertakes ~$275mn legacy transaction with First Group

London-listed Randall & Quilter (R&Q) has undertaken a reinsurance risk transfer agreement with public transport provider First Group, with the legacy specialist taking over liabilities with a value of $275mn, The Insurer can reveal.
