Kin buys carrier licensed in 43 states, expects SPAC merger to close in Q1

Kin Insurance is eyeing expansion beyond the three states it currently operates in after completing the acquisition of an inactive insurance carrier that holds licences in 43 states, with the homeowners insurtech also revising the expected closing of its SPAC combination to the first quarter of next year.
