Sompo Intl sues to avoid covering Kobe Bryant helicopter crash litigation

Sompo International subsidiary Endurance Assurance Corporation has filed a lawsuit to avoid providing coverage and paying defence costs for a helicopter tour company that is involved in litigation related to the crash that killed basketball star Kobe Bryant.
