Sompo Intl to acquire Italian agri insurer ARA
Sompo International has agreed to purchase Assicurazioni Rischi Agricoli VMG 1857 (ARA), a deal that strengthens the Bermudian’s European agricultural book through increased geographical and exposure distribution.
