Congress passes NFIP reauthorisation and crop insurance provisions in omnibus bill

US president Joe Biden has signed an omnibus bill to fund the government through to the end of September 2023, with the legislation including the latest reauthorisation of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and crop insurance provisions.
