AIG, Chubb, Global Aerospace and Lloyd’s challenge DAE’s $875mn Russia lease claim
A group of 11 insurers have fought back against a legal claim brought by the Middle East’s largest aircraft leasing firm over aviation assets confiscated in Russia, arguing in defence submissions that they are not liable to pay out as the insurance policies have not been triggered.
