Global Indemnity agrees $85mn American Reliable and renewal book sale to ECM

Everett Cash Mutual (ECM) has agreed a transformative deal to buy American Reliable Insurance Company (ARIC) from Global Indemnity Group along with its farm, ranch and equine renewal book as the selling company continues to exit from non-core operations.
