Farmers, AIG latest major carriers to scale back new business in peak cat zones: reports

Zurich-affiliated Farmers and AIG are the latest major US insurers to cut back writing in peak zone cat regions, with AIG reportedly planning to scale back HNW homeowners writings across 200 zip codes and Farmers suspending writing new homeowners business in Florida earlier this year.
