13 state AGs warn Fortune 100 CEOs not to use race in hiring following SCOTUS ruling

The attorneys general of Tennessee and Kansas have led a 13-state coalition warning Fortune 100 CEOs to refrain from discriminating on the basis of race including under the DEI label or they will face legal action, in the wake of the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on college admissions.
