AFL fraud trial nears conclusion as London court hears closing arguments

A lawyer for the former owners of AFL Insurance Brokers, who are being sued by former Cooper Gay CEO Toby Esser over allegations of misuse of client funds and fraudulent accounting, has described the claim against them as “flawed” and “baseless”.
