AJG, Marsh and WTW in accelerated McGriff bid talks as TIH mulls divestment

Arthur J Gallagher, Marsh McLennan and WTW are all in accelerated talks with TIH over bids to buy McGriff as the retail broker’s parent mulls a potential divestment of the business that it is thought to value in the $8bn to $9bn range, The Insurer can reveal.
