AM Best downgrades trio of Russian carriers

AM Best has downgraded the financial strength ratings (FSR) and long-term issuer credit ratings (ICR) of GIC Perestrakhovanie, Ingosstrakh and Russian Re partly in response to deteriorations in their balance sheet strength.
