AM Re sues GIC Re for $115mn+ after binding authority cancellations

AM Re Syndicate has sued GIC Re for at least $115mn after the reinsurer allegedly broke the terms of two binding authority contracts, with the MGU accusing the Indian company of breaching its obligations to pay it compensation for the “hundreds of millions of dollars” of business it sourced.
