BI test case “substantially” achieved its aims: FCA’s Woolard

The UK Financial Conduct Authority’s High Court test case “substantially” achieved its aims in removing uncertainty around Covid-related business interruption claims but more work is need if the (re)insurance sector is going to be able to cover pandemic risk in the long-term, the watchdog’s Christopher Woolard warned on Monday.
