European insurance stocks rebound on stimulus hopes

European (re)insurance markets recovered some of their heavy losses in early trading on Tuesday, which followed a rebound in Asia-Pacific stocks as investor confidence grows on the launch of new stimulus measures to soften the economic blow from the global coronavirus outbreak.
