Fitch: US D&O loss ratio improves 10 pts to 64% in 2021
The US D&O insurance industry’s direct loss and defence and cost containment ratio improved to 64 percent in 2021 from 73.9 percent the year before, driven by several rounds of pricing and underwriting actions, according to a Fitch Ratings analysis.
