GC-Howden Tiger European poaching dispute set for fast-tracked Oct trial as Ronda is added to defendants

The acrimonious European poaching dispute between Guy Carpenter and Howden Tiger is set to proceed to a full trial in October 2023, with a London High Court judge agreeing to expedite proceedings.
