Generali activists ready to go legal in case of narrow AGM board defeat

Former Goldman Sachs banker Claudio Costamagna has said Generali investor Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone, who is leading an activist campaign against the insurer’s current board, could legally challenge a vote to elect a new board if the victory margin is less than 6 percent.
