Gove vows action on “unjustifiable” broker commissions

Housing secretary Michael Gove has doubled down on his recent criticism of UK commercial insurance brokers, warning that the government will move to ban “inflated commissions” on insurance contracts for multiple-occupancy buildings after an investigation found they were leading to “unjustifiable” hikes in premiums.
