Guy Carp shuffles top legal and compliance roles

Guy Carpenter has named Michael Sevi chief compliance officer and general counsel, succeeding long-standing Michael Borik who moves to a “joint business and legal role” in the reinsurance broker’s Global Capital Solutions Group.
