Insurance to cover $180mn FirstEnergy derivative claims settlement

FirstEnergy has agreed to a $180mn resolution of claims in multiple shareholder derivative lawsuits related to alleged bribery and corruption, with D&O insurance to cover what is one of the largest shareholder derivative lawsuit settlements ever.
