Lancashire 2010 targets £400mn 2023 stamp with 15.9% pre-emption

Alex Maloney-led Lancashire is planning a 15.9 percent pre-emption for Syndicate 2010 for 2023 in a move that would see its stamp grow from £345mn to £400mn, The Insurer can reveal.
