Lockton to contest Guy Carpenter and MMC legal action against trio

Lockton is to contest the legal action launched by Guy Carpenter and Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) in New York’s Southern District Court against three former Guy Carpenter executives who recently moved to Lockton Re.
