London restaurateur’s BI suit against Axa to hit High court in January

The multi-million-pound lawsuit brought by Corbin & King, the owner of upmarket London restaurants The Wolseley and The Delaunay, against insurer Axa over business interruption cover for Covid-related losses is to be heard in the High Court in January, with the case set to challenge issues left unresolved by the UK’s test case.
