Nord Stream insurers deny liability on war risk exclusions in €400mn UK lawsuit

Insurers have fought back at a €400mn lawsuit over damage caused to two Baltic Sea gas pipelines, arguing that owner Nord Stream’s insurance policies do not cover damage caused by war or acts of terror.
