Porch invests $57mn in HOA subsidiary to address Vesttoo-related issues

Porch Group has made a cash investment of $57mn in its insurance carrier subsidiary, Homeowners of America Insurance Company, after Texas’s regulator placed HOA under temporary supervision amid the fallout from the Vesttoo scandal.
