Property underwriters to increasingly differentiate among buyers post Ian

Underwriters in the post-Hurricane Ian market will not be able to quote more than 30 days out given the high submission volume while a bifurcation of buyers is also expected, according to speakers at the Advisen Property Insights Conference.
