Pure Specialty Exchange assigned A rating by AM Best
E&S platform Pure Specialty Exchange (PSE) has been assigned an A (Excellent) financial strength rating by AM Best, following its launch at the beginning of March by Tokio Marine-owned Privilege Underwriters.
