RPS: 20+ new E&S casualty entrants create new market dynamic

Casualty insureds should expect to pay premiums ranging from flat to up 15 percent or more depending on whether they are seen as low-, mid- or high-hazard risks in a market that is being significantly impacted by the recent wave of carrier and MGA entrants, according to wholesaler Risk Placement Services (RPS).
