Swiss Re Group CUO Edi Schmid steps down

Swiss Re’s group-wide chief underwriting officer Edi Schmid has stepped down from his role and the firm’s executive committee for “personal reasons”, the Zurich-headquartered reinsurer confirmed this morning.
