Truist makes major benefits play with deal to buy $150mn revenue BenefitMall

Truist Insurance Holdings has agreed a deal to buy BenefitMall, the largest benefits wholesale general agency in the US with around $7.4bn in annual insurance premium, in a move that it believes matches up the offerings of its wholesale arm CRC Group with the needs of its retail intermediary clients.
