UK leaders express rising concerns on litigation risk for ESG targets: Gallagher
Almost two thirds of senior leaders at large UK firms are concerned that their ESG targets leave them vulnerable to litigation, with a further 72 percent feeling pressure to set targets without any certainty on how to reach them, according to new research by Gallagher.
