Verisk commits to insurance data analytics focus after DE Shaw demand

Verisk has outlined plans to move towards being an insurance-focused data analytics solutions provider, in addition to targeting margin expansion and nominating new directors, after shareholder DE Shaw last week went public with demands for change.
