WTW: Upstream capacity “abundant” for most attractive programmes

A significant bifurcation has emerged in the global upstream energy market with abundant capacity available for the most attractive programs but significant restrictions in availability for “attritional” parts of the portfolio, according to WTW’s latest Energy Market Review.
